Mica band heater mainly apply to electric home appliance and industrial injection moulding machines applications. Such as water fountain,melting furnaces,humidifier,milk warmers,wax heater, slow cooker etc.
The mica sheet has UL certificate, all material with ROHS certificate.Usually we call it mica band heater,heater band, ceramic band heater, mica heating cartridge, electric heating element.
Using OCR25AL5 or Ni80Cr20 heating wire, we use the automatic winding machine to wind the heating wire for quality assurance and improve efficiency.
